Places of worship have many administrative needs but limited budgets and resources. I know - I've been there! I can't tell you how many times I would talk to other churches and hear how they had a need that their community could not fill. After hearing this several times, I started to think, "I have a lot of those skills. What if I offered them to more than just one community?"

As a place of worship, you have a mission that you want to further in your community. One of the things I excel at is looking at your mission and developing efficient administrative techniques to move your mission forward.

In order for this to happen, all forms of publications and advertising need to be useful and accessible to everyone in the community. For example:

• Is your worship publication accessible to both the first-time visitor and the regular attendee?

• Is your font too small or too big?

• Is it clear when the people are invited to participate?

• When should you stand or sit down? 

• Do you have versions for those with disabilities? For those leading worship?

• What about your website? Is it accessible to those who are computer savants and novices?

• Do you have a social media presence? Is it the best one for your community? Are you posting regularly on your various platforms?
